Terms of Service

Agreement
By creating an account or using Repolish ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
Your account
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to enter a contract in your jurisdiction.
Your content
You keep all rights to the resumes and job descriptions you upload or paste. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the Service (extract, rewrite, tailor, and generate documents), including sending it to our AI subprocessor as described in the Privacy Policy. You confirm you have the right to upload the content you submit.
AI output — no guarantees
The Service uses AI (Claude by Anthropic) to rewrite and tailor your resume. Output may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and is provided "as is." You are responsible for reviewing every generated resume for accuracy before using it. We do not guarantee any particular outcome (such as interviews or job offers). The Service is not professional career, legal, or financial advice.
Plans, billing, and cancellation
- Paid plans are billed on a monthly recurring basis through Lemon Squeezy. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel.
- Each plan includes a monthly allowance of generations (rewrites and tailorings). Unused generations do not roll over to the next month.
- You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then.
- Fees already paid are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated on our pricing page. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload content you do not have the right to share.
- Submit unlawful, infringing, or harmful material.
- Circumvent, abuse, or artificially inflate plan limits (e.g., creating multiple free accounts, sharing accounts, or automating requests).
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the date above. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind (express or implied). Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or the AI output it produces.
